Danita M. Vanalstine 51 a resident of Kearsarge Street in Laurium passed away on Sunday October 7, 2007 at the Keweenaw Memorial Medical Center in Laurium.

She was born on December 9, 1955 in Squantum, MA a daughter of Rexford and Maurine (Miller) Grant.

Danita worked for Janus Home Health Care as a secretary and a home nurse until her health declined.

Private services will be held and the Erickson Crowley Funeral Home in Calumet is assisting the family.
