Donald W. Elander Jr. 23, a resident of Calumet passed away on Friday September 9, 2011.
He was born on December 14, 1987 in Sault Ste. Marie son of Donald Elander Sr. and Jenifer Newman.
He graduated from Lake Linden Hubbell High School with the Class of 2006.
Don loved to play his bass guitar, video games and magic the gathering.
His father Donald preceded him in death in February of 2010.
Surviving are: His Mother Jennifer (Craig) Oakes of Lake Linden
Sister: Naomi (Josh) Puuri of Houghton
Maternal Grandparents: Gordon Newman of Raymbaultown
Virginia Newman of Calumet
Paternal Grandmother: Patricia Lerche of Calumet
Dog Dunty and Cat Keykey
Numerous other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday September 15, 2011 at 7:00 PM in the Erickson Crowley Funeral Home in Calumet with the Rev. Peter Vorhes to officiate.
Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 6-7 PM
