Condolence: My sincere condolences to Diane, George, Daryl, Jana and Julie. George was a good man, a good coach and a good neighbor. George was my first hockey coach and I recall playing many times against his son, George, who was also a goalie. I remember watching George as he played hockey with my uncle, Dan Byykkonen, for the CLK Wolverines. In baseball George umpires many of the games I pitched - especially in Twilight league. It seemed that whenever folks were involved in sports that George was always there...as coach, player or umpire. George was a giver - and that's not a bad thing. I will miss George but am so blessed to have had him as an important and inspirational part of my life. May the comfort of his memories soften the sting of his passing and bring smiles often to those whose life he touched. I know they will for me. God Bless.
