Allison Lahti, age 28, passed away unexpectedly at Aspirus Keweenaw Hospital on Sunday, May 14, 2017 from thyroid complications.

Allison was born to Ron and Jennifer (Huhta) Lahti on January 3, 1989 in Laurium.

She attended Calumet high school graduating with the class of 2007.

She was a member of the First Apostolic Lutheran Church of Fulton.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, and maternal grandfather.

Surviving are: Her parents Ron and Jennifer Lahti

Sons: Elliot and Ben Lahti at home

Brothers: Aaron (Susan) Lahti of Ahmeek, and Ethan Lahti of Mohawk

Sisters: Nancy (Ned) Erickson of Allouez, and Julia Lahti of Little Falls, Minnesota

Paternal Grandfather: William Lahti

Maternal Grandmother: Doris Huhta of El Paso, Texas

Close friend and father of her children: Douglas Paulson Jr.

And numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A funeral service will be held at the Erickson Crowley Peterson Funeral Home on Friday, May 19, 2017 at 5:00 PM with Pastor David Taivalkoski to officiate.

Visitation will take place at the funeral home on Friday starting at 2:00 PM until the time of service.

Burial will take place at the Calvary Cemetery in Ahmeek.
