Condolence: Bruce and I just received word of our friend passing away. Steven was one of the best friends Bruce had in high school and his mother always made him welcome at their home. Steven sang at our wedding, traveled with us out of state when Bruce sang, and was always an encouragement, providing a quick smile and a sweet word. We thank God for allowing us to know Steven. Our heartfelt sympathies to all who loved him and will miss him.

Condolence: I remember my first encounter with Fr. Nicholas in a patch of thimbleberries along the road near what would become the Jampot. What a pleasant surprise to meet a monk in that area! He was then, as always, a gentle, wise and introspective man with a huge smile and zest for the life he and others would create over the past 33 years. May he rest in God's peace.
