Condolence: Ron's contributions to the Boy Scouts when he helped with our golf outing is remembered and appreciated. He solicited prize items in the Marquette area and then would stop at businesses between there and Calumet on his weekly visit to his mom. He was always very friendly and outgoing to all. Condolence: I am sorry to hear about the loss of Ron. He was a great help at the fireman’s museum and will be missed! I am sorry for Ron’s family loss. I am in lower Michigan until after Christmas and then to Florida so I will unfortunately miss his services.

Condolence: My parents were neighbors first with Christine and then with Ron over the past few years. He was a good neighbor to my parents. Ron was such a kind and caring person. He had a ready smile and was always interested in how you were doing. He was very much community oriented was proud of his Calumet heritage. Ron always spoke very lovingly of his family and was very proud of each and every one of them. Please know you all are in my thoughts and prayers. It is sad when this earth loses such a special man but there is a celebration in heaven. God Bless you and keep you always.

Condolence: My sincere sympathy to Ron's Family. I knew Ron most of my life and always enjoyed his presence. He was a dedicated fellow volunteer at the Copper Country Firefighters History Museum in recent years. His dedication at the Museum was above and beyond the call. As Billy Graham has said, "When we grieve over RON who has died in Christ, we are not sorrowing for RON, but for ourselves. Our grief is not a sign of weak faith, but great Love."
